Rectangular BigBagMix ®

General information

A good alternative to the open (A&B) mixing tanks are the rectangular, closed tanks from 5.000 to 10.000 litres, suitable for the storage and mixing of both fertilisers and traces!

In recent years, we have developed, produced and delivered various compartment tanks to our full satisfaction. We make these tanks according to the wishes of the client, so the space can be used optimally. We produce these closed tanks with different compartments made of PP (Poly Propylene). This material is very chemical resistant and due to the smooth surface, no residue is created on the walls.

Technical specifications

The rectangular BigBagMix tanks ® are equipped with:

• A reinforced top plate and stainless-steel frame with shaft guide for the installation of a mixing motor.

• A closed top and 2 hinged hatches (hole size 1200 x 1200 mm), including handles.

In addition, it is very easy for the installer to assemble his own feedthroughs, mixing motors and more.

Certification

Kemeling is HortiQ certified. The HortiQ certificate is specifically aimed at greenhouse farming, and is a guarantee that clear procedures and criteria have been laid down and are being observed. The rectangular BigBagMix tanks are HortiQ (ISSO 87) certified as standard. You can find its requirements on the certification page.

Export

Kemeling also offers a tank specially designed for export. This 7500-liter tank is easy to transport in truck and sea container due to its adapted width size.
