Price adjustment

Subject: Price adjustment for technical plastic products as of May 21^th 2024

Dear relation,

In July 2023, we were able to reduce our prices by 6% and implemented.

But due to the global market situation, we are again facing rapid raw material increases in HDPE and PP. For more information, please see the graphic below.

With the conclusion of a new collective labour agreement, the wage costs of our skilled workers increased sharply last year. We are therefore forced to adjust our prices.

For orders from 1 June 2024, we will increase prices on our own and customer-specific range by 6%. Prices will be rounded down to whole euros.

For ongoing orders with deliveries after 1 June 2024, the agreed prices will continue to apply.
