Are you looking for a drip tray for jerry cans, drums with hazardous substances or chemicals, IBC tanks, mixing trays or storage tanks? Kemeling Kunststoffen supplies customized liquid-tight drip trays and collection containers in both HDPE and PP. A technical plastic drip tray can be used to handle hazardous liquids in a responsible manner. Should a mixing or storage tank leak unexpectedly, a technical plastic drip tray guarantees that no harmful liquids are released. Our drip trays are easy to install and are also a durable and safe solution! Let us know your preferences and we will supply you with a customized drip tray that fully complies with all your wishes and specifications.
Our drip trays can be produced in various ways, both certified and uncertified. A drip tray must always be able to collect at least its total amount of liquid. In order to guarantee this requirement, the collection capacity must be able to collect at least 110% of the contents of the largest container, or 10% of the contents of the total packaging, whichever is greater. Kemeling supplies three different types of drip trays:
1. Uncertified drip tray.
2. Certified drip tray in accordance with AS SIKB 6700. When the inspection issues an AS 6700 statement for liquid-tight facilities, you can choose this type of drip tray.
3. Certified drip tray in accordance with BRL-K903 & BRL-K21009. When the drip tray must comply with storage for chemicals, we can offer you a single-walled plastic drip tray in accordance with BRL-K21009.
A GRP grating can be placed along with the top of the sump tray. A GRP grating is a grating that is fitted on top of the drip tray and on which you can place your drums or containers up to a weight of 1000 kg per m2, giving you more collection capacity. With a drip tray without a GRP grid, the drums or containers are placed inside the drip tray, which can result in a loss of space.
