BasicTank ®

General information

Kemeling Kunststoffen develops, produces and delivers a fixed assortment of BasicTanks (1 to 10 m3) for liquid fertilizers (no nitric acid) to installers in the horticultural sector. The BasicTanks are easy to place and simple to install. Ideal for smaller liquid fertilizer installations. A storage tank like this has a design life of 15 years when used indoors and can be recycled after that. 

Certification

• Kemeling is HortiQ certified. The HortiQ certificate is specifically aimed at greenhouse farming, and is a guarantee that clear procedures and criteria have been laid down and are being observed. The AaBeeMix mixing tanks are HortiQ (ISSO 87) certified as standard. You can find its requirements on the certification page.

• Besides the HortiQ certification, the BasicTank is not certified. Are you looking for a storage tank that does meet the HortiQ / Vlarem II / BRL-K21009 (PGS31) standards? Then go to an overview of our HortiTanks.

Technical specifications

The BasicTank we produce includes:

• Ø535 mm screw cap in the top plate.

• Measurement stickers on the side wall of the tank.

Optionally, we can provide the tanks with flange connections and/or threaded sleeves for filling, venting, suction and overflow.

Color

The BasicTank is produced in natural white material as standard. If you want to store iron chelate in the BasicTank, the tank can also be produced in black on request. Please note that with a black tank you cannot see the liquid level. Therefore, order a mechanical level indicator with it.
