If the Enmix Light does not turn out to be a suitable solution to your problem, the Enmix Light probably is. The Enmix Light has been specially developed for smaller mixing tanks up to a maximum capacity of 2m³ with a maximum diameter of 2.5m and is the ideal solution for mixing, dissolving and keeping liquids moving in fertilizer tanks or other storage tanks.
The Enmix Light consists of a 4-pole motor, the motor mounting plate made of POM, stainless steel 316 axle and a stirring disc made of POM. For optimal mixing and dissolving of sinking parts, the rudder disc should be mounted at ± 10 cm from the bottom. The standard length of the stainless steel 316 rudder shaft is 1250 mm, the rudder disc is mounted at the bottom of this axle. This axle can be shortened as desired. The electric motor can easily be connected to a 230 Volt wall socket. The power is only 0.37 kW. If necessary, the stirring times can be set using a simple control box with timer. For round tanks, two vertical strips must be mounted in the tank to prevent the entire contents from rotating. The Enmix Light stirrer is supplied in a single-phase version with plug, cable and thermal protection.
